In close cooperation with major international film festivals, German Films organizes pre-selection screenings and collective submissions for a wide variety of international film festivals. Generally, films which are submitted and screened through German Films are exempt from the festival application fee.

Prior to each screening session or collective submission, German Films sends out a call for submissions to producers, listing the exact requirements and deadlines for the screening/submission.
