Comets (Kometen)

Comets is the adaptation of Stefan Beuses' debut novel of the same name.

A hobby astronomer accidentally discovers an unknown comet. While the comet is moving toward earth, the lives of nine different characters cross.

A microcosm is portrayed in short and interwoven episodes: People full of longing, people in their search for love and happiness and people who are united in their escape from isolation. They are all like comets on the glacial course of their lives and in need of a small explosion to free themselves of their numbness.
