Moritz Krämer was born in 1980 in Basel/Switzerland and grew up in the Black Forest region in Germany. He studied Video and Text at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK) and worked as a video artist, composer, songwriter and musical director at various theaters. Since 2008, he has been studying Directing at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (DFFB). He directed several short films and music videos, including TSURI TSUMI (2005), GO (2007), DER LETZTE SILBERBAUCHKARPFEN (2009), VORSPRECHEN (2011), SCHUB (2012), EAT (2012) and STUBBORN BOY (BUBE STUR, 2015).
