Frederik Steiner was born in Münster in 1975. He studied Film Directing at the "Konrad Wolf" University of Film and Television in Potsdam-Babelsberg. His films include: the shorts OKTOPUS (2002), MÄUSE IM LÜFTUNGSSCHACHT (1998), DER GEDÄCHTNISKÜNSTLER (1998), and FORTISSIMO (1995), as well as DIE TODESWELLE - EINE STADT IN ANGST (TV, 2000) and ZURICH (UND MORGEN MITTAG BIN ICH TOT, 2013).
