Jörg Bundschuh was born in Heidelberg in 1953 and studied Philosophy, Literature and Economics in Heidelberg, Munich and New York. He has been working as an author, director and producer of more than 150 films. A selection of his many award-winning feature films and documentaries includes: VILLA AIR BEL (1987, Hugo Award Chicago), BAVARIA BLUE (1989), JOHN LEE HOOKER - THAT'S MY STORY (2000), and TO TULSA AND BACK - ON TOUR WITH J.J. CALE (2005), among others.
