A seventeen-year-old boy. All he wants is to feel something. Anything. One day he pushes his longing to the limit.


Eicke Bettinga studied Directing at the National Film and Television School (NFTS) in the UK. He has written and directed a number of award-winning short films, numerous commercials and two television dramas. Three of his short films have been selected to compete at the Cannes Film Festival, most recently GASP (2012, Official Selection - nominated for the Golden Palm) as well as TOGETHER (2009, Critics' Week) and SHEARING (2002, Cinéfondation). He is currently working on several feature film projects, both in Germany and in the UK.
