Bohai, Bohau

A road is to be built through the middle of the Black Forest. The project is a source of heated discussions, especially in the rural inn of the Armbrusters. This is the home of Nelly, Gerald, Meinrad and her old father. They live in the middle of the traffic jams day in, day out, deafened but not downcast.. Their arguments are part of the daily business, and are carried out with enthusiasm and changing alliances. In the meantime, the traffic outside comes to a standstill, the calm Black Forest idyll changes into a noisy holiday park. It is populated by some remarkable people: city-dwellers, long-distance lorry-drivers, outraged commuters and policemen eagerly coping with traffic jams, campers and children. It makes you despair. And makes you laugh.
