Break, The (Bunte Hunde)

Break, The

A thriller about friendship, love and treachery. The sharpwitted criminal Toni has been living the high life trafficking in limousines for quite a few years with pretty boy Pepe, ex-legionary Guru, and gangster's moll Dolores. It is only through Pepe's treachery that the hard-boiled cop Goethals is able to put the gang under lock and key. But pretty Mona, a secret love at the racetrack, is able to free Toni from jail. After just a few days together in freedom, he is betrayed once more, and his mate Guru shot dead during their arrest. Toni and Pepe have got nothing more to keep them in jail. A hostage-taking is a last resort. But, someone is already waiting for Toni outside in the free world: Mona, the great love, or the cop, the last hunter.
