Georg (16) lives in a big city in Western Germany and does martial arts - the local championship title is within reach. But suddenly his single father Andreas gets a new job in the Eastern part of the country and Georg has to move with him. From one moment to the other he is separated from his sports club, his companions and his girlfriend.

In his new life he is forced to fight for everything - including his life...


Mirko Borscht was born in 1971 in Cottbus. Also active in the theater and with extensive experience as a first AD, his films include: Maeuseboxen (short, 1992), Bastard! (short, 2002), and Kombat Sechzehn (2004).
