The festival has yearly focuses on different countries.
Terms of Entry Films submitted for the competitive programs must have been officially released (world premiere) after May 1st, 2019.
Foreign and Romanian entries in the Official Competition must not have been screened in Romania .
National premieres have priority in all sections.

Participants of the Film Industry The last edition of the festival hosted more than 350 industry guests.

Evaluation Transilvania International Film Festival is presented by Romanian Film Promotion. It is the first international feature film festival in Romania and one of the most important film festivals in Eastern Europe. It has a competition for 1st and 2nd time directors and attracts a large audience.
