Media Coverage Journalists of both local and international press are present during the festival, such as Kultura TV, Vesti 24, Deutsche Welle, Euronews etc. and all Armenian TV channels and newspapers.

Evaluation Reliably and well organized, middle-size film festival with a profound programming, high profile jury members and cozy atmosphere. The festival director is one of Armenia’s most famous filmmakers. The honorary chairman is film director Atom Egoyan.

The Golden Apricot International Film Festival carries the theme Crossroads of Cultures and Civilizations. The opening of the festival is always marked with a traditional blessing of apricots, for which Armenia is famous. Different panel discussions and master classes are being organized during the festival.
