Evaluation One of the leading meeting places for underground and independent film in Germany. Set in the beautiful repertory theater Caligari, primarily American and Asian low-budget productions are screened, always on-the-edge in terms of both content and form. The festival receives strong support from the cineastic press. In addition, a very pleasant and audience-geared atmosphere. Excellent international and German short film competition. Mainly public audience festival with live-concerts.
