Evaluation Cinéma du Réel has a long tradition. The festival is one of the most important documentary festivals in France. Traditionally, Cinéma du Réel which was founded by by the public library (Bibliothèque publique d’information) focuses on visual anthropology and social documentation with cinematographic qualities and a strong presence of the filmmaker’s point of view.
