Terms of Entry All types of films are invited to submit. Projects must be completed after October 2017, premiere status not required, although to be considered for Competition, the film must be at least a Philadelphia Premiere, feature films min. 50 mins., shorts up to 50 mins.

Participants of the Film Industry The festival invites all New York-based independent distributors (only one hour by train). American cable companies Showtime and HBO send a representative. The festival also invites a number of producers associated with a festival film. Local film producers and casting agents are also invited.
