Evaluation The focus of the steadily growing Neiße Film Festival is on films from the three countries at the Neiße river, where German, Polish and Czech borders meet. Screenings and events are spread over 12 cities and villages across the borders in the Neiße region. In addition to the competition programs, the festival organizes a rich program of film discussions, public readings, art exhibitions and concerts by musicians from the Czech Republic, Germany and Poland.
