Stefan Gieren graduated from Hamburg Media School as a producer in 2011 with the short film RAJU, which earned him an Oscar® nomination as well as more than 80 international awards. With Fiction 2.0, his network of filmmakers and journalists, he develops and produces fiction and documentary films, including the microbudget KUNDUZ (2012) and the thriller ON AIR (2013). He also co-founded an educational TV station in Afghanistan.
