Hannah and Erich, a couple in their early sixties, could live a happy and comfortable life – had Hannah not been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. Erich, however, has come to terms with this situation... until one day an unexpected revelation puts his life to the test.

Frauke Thielecke , born in Herne in 1973, studied American and German Literature and Culture in Hamburg and Wales from 1992-1998. In 2003, she attended a class in film production at New York University. From 2000 - 2006 she worked as script supervisor and 1st assistant director for numerous TV and film productions. Since 2006, she has been studying Directing at Hamburg Media School. Her short films include: Mundraub (2004), Between Day and Night (Zwischen Tag und Nacht, 2005), Shore Leave (Landgang, 2006), Amnesia (Amnesie, 2007), and Dark Red (Dunkelrot, 2007).
