Female2 seeks HappyEnd (Frau2 sucht HappyEnd)

It's turning fall in Berlin. Two lonely hearts are roaming the city. There's Gregor, the radio host who had his heart broken by the singer Lea, a heart he now hides behind protective armor. And there's the young Mai, unhappily in love with her roommate's boyfriend. When Mai gets cabin fever, she takes her car and aimlessly drives around the city at night. One night Mai is listening to Gregor's show on her car radio. He's playing one of those love songs full of tenderness and longing, and at this exact moment Mai narrowly escapes a fatal accident. The song becomes symbolic for her. She sends an e-mail to Gregor, asking him to play that song one more time. Gregor, however, thinks that Mai is a friend of Lea, so from now on they chat regularly. Via e-mail Gregor and Mai exchange their thoughts and feelings. Mai slowly falls in love with Gregor and wants to meet him. Yet whenever they are about to meet, fate intervenes ...
