Terms of Entry films produced for television (TV-movies, TV-series, documentary films, essays, reportages, magazines, music and short films up to 30 min.), productions may be completed within the 12 month preceding the festival, no prior participation in any international competition festival or similar audiovisual film event; productions that are broadcasted on ARTE TV prior to the festival cannot be submitted

Evaluation FIPA is considered the most important TV festival in France and it has developed into a prestigious TV festival on a European level. Even though it is a rather French TV festival it has gaines some international visitors and programs over the past few years. It offers good distribution opportunities for artistic documentary films and good contacts for cooperation. Its main aim is to promote high-class TV program worldwide. International TV productions are presented in several competitions. German Films is the official correspondant of FIPA regarding the submission of German TV productions.
