The competition can include films that were screened before at other film festivals.

Evaluation The Festival takes place every year. The festival organizes workshops, master classes, Meet-the-Audience sessions, retrospective screenings of the world film masterpieces and a festival village etc.
Services The festival covers all insurance and storage costs during the festival and all shipment costs for the film prints selected for the festival. The festival covers a round-trip ticket and a 7-day stay in Vladivostok for representatives of films participating in the Festival competition.
