Evaluation Still number one for underground and independent film in Germany. In the cinema Caligari, one of the most beautiful repertory cinemas in Germany, primarily American and Asian low-budget productions are screened, always on-the-edge in terms of both content and form. Since the area is not covered elsewhere, the festival receives strong support from the cineastic press. In addition, a very pleasant and audience-geared atmosphere. Excellent international on-video and German short film competition. Mainly public audience festival with live-concerts.
